He serves as the chief architect and president of one50one, an accomplished marketing agency; he is a founding partner and chief marketing officer of the Black Promoters Collective, one of Billboard’s 2022 “Power Players”; and he is a partner of the One MusicFest, the Southeast’s largest two-day, urban progressive music festival.

Dawnne Amey

Vice President of Group Accounts

Dawnne is a marketing executive with 25 years of experience in executive leadership, business development, training, and advocacy. Her career began in the hospitality industry, with Brinker International, Walt Disney World, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). She led the food and beverage training and implementation for IHG in North America before launching her own agency, Brand Apostles.

While at Brand Apostles, Dawnne successfully secured multiple business certifications and managed all military and health care clients. Dawnne later joined the UniWorld Group (UWG) as lead for its Atlanta satellite office. She also served as account director for the United States Marine Corps and The Home Depot.

As vice president of group accounts for one50one, Dawnne oversees account services, client management, business strategy, and new business onboarding. She also brings a dedicated passion for advocacy and cause marketing as the current vice president for Mental Health America for the state of Georgia.

Nadia Policard

Senior Director of Content Marketing

Nadia’s passion for social media and content marketing and her drive to continuously learn have helped her successfully develop creative strategies for clients across multiple industries. Her experience includes serving B2B and B2C clients, working with regulated industries in the legal, academic, health care, and nonprofit sectors, and consulting for emerging businesses.

In her current role as senior director of content marketing, Nadia leads the social and content teams in driving strategy and execution across social media, influencer marketing, and content marketing. She enjoys implementing organizational processes to maximize organizational productivity and growth for clients.

Mike Teixeira

Executive Creative Director

For more than 30 years, Mike has helped organizations discover their core messages and present them with style and stunning visuals. Leveraging his background in design, theater, public relations, and corporate communications, Mike guides his clients through initial strategy, branding, creative services, and delivery. He has led creative departments for agencies serving clients, such as Timberland, AARP, ETS (Educational Testing Service), The Home Depot, and Stanford University.

Timothy Johnson

Director of Research and Insights

Now in his 13th year at one50one, Timothy is an experienced digital/social/mobile (DSM) executive who has worked on multiple Fortune 100 marketing and advertising campaigns.

In his role as director of research and insights at one50one, Timothy uses his expertise in digital marketing to guide the social team in its endeavors. Additionally, by overseeing community management, Timothy also facilitates the deep social listening that helps one50one determine what audiences really think and create campaigns that respond to those wants.

At one50one, Nate has the primary responsibility of creating digital tools, like webpages and apps. Nate’s particular expertise is in user experience (UX) — how users interact with products or services. With more than 20 years of experience and a master’s degree in e-media, Nate can design a UX that seamlessly connects companies and customers. 

In addition to his UX skills, Nate collects crucial audience data and insights and shares them with one50one’s content creation teams. This information enables them to craft content tailored to your brand’s goals and your audience’s unique needs.  

Vaughn Harlow

Paid Media Lead

Vaughn brings 20 years of data and analytics experience in omni-channel performance. That experience includes data intelligence across full funnel paid media, social, online behavior, personalization, customer relationship management (CRM), data management platforms (DMP), dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and machine learning (ML). Vaughn’s team at one50one leverages meaningful data to be both predictive and proactive in reaching and exceeding client business objectives.

Vaughn’s team works to identify and collect necessary data that one50one can then use to deliver actionable insights that help our clients achieve their business needs. The team is also responsible for performance architecture, data automation, quality and visualization, insight development, and recommending optimizations to meet business objectives for top-tier brands, like AMEX, Coca-Cola, and Walmart, to name a few. Vaughn believes that the “why” — rather than the “what” — makes the most authentic and relevant experiences for consumers and brands.
